Question about Saving

If for whatever reason, my game crashes (or if I intentionally End Task the game), I'm aware that the league returns to the schedule when it was last saved properly. If I didn't mind the unsaved data, is it safe to continue to play at this point? Or is the league data unsynched now?

I'm guessing someones star player just got and career ending injury. Anyway I have never had any problems with my leagues after it has crashed.

Now why would someone EVER want to do that???

Yes, it's okay to keep playing.

Also, be aware that your pitchers endurance will be set back a day if the game crashes or you intentionally End Task the game.

What I mean by this is pitchers that pitched the game before the crash will have pitched "today", pitchers that pitched two games ago will have pitched "yesterday", etc. I don't know why the game does this, but when you reboot, take a look at your starter from the day before to confirm what I just said.

End Tasking too much, even if it is a nice way to "cheat", can screw you up in the long run.

I don't know about OOTP9, but in previous versions I had problems doing this. Strange things happening in stats and what-not. And eventually resulted in frequent crashes of the game.

Anyway, if I'm investing my time in the game I don't want to take the risk. I always re-start from a good save (even if I lose a chunk of play time).
