Unable to load league file

I just purchased game and solo it works fine. But I joined a league and when I attempt to load league file I get error "load_database - could not load world file". League file extract OK into folder but will not load game.

You need for your .lg folder to be put directly into your saved games folder. Within that .lg folder needs to be about 17 .dat files. Is that the case?
