Game does not start anymore!!!
I purchased and installed OOTP 9 3 days ago. The first day the program ran fine. Then all of a sudden when I try to start it it a message appears, "Sorry could not get a license at this time. Try running the program later 23 0". Does anyone know what this is?
Please help...I'm running Windows XP SP2 Thanks. |

No, I've never heard of that one. Did you ever install your game license, or were you getting the demo version to run in the past? Were you connected to the internet when you got this message?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, or even unlicensing and relicensing your game? |

I did install my license, also tried to uninstall & reinstall the program.
I did not try to uninstall the license...how do you do that? I was also connected to the internet when I got this message. Last edited by DEEDTDO; 12-20-2008 at 08:41 PM. |

Sorry... I figured out how to unlicense. I tried it and it gave me the same message as before. This is frustrating because I really want to play this game.
I tried to start it from it's folder in program files as well, but no luck. |

Maybe give support@elicense.com an email. Sounds like an issue with their software. Let us know.
