Payroll Dumps?

Just read an article about how San Diego is getting ready to trade Peavy since they finished last in the division and dump salary to get some cheap young players in and get their payroll lower. Remember how Florida had a fire sale after winning the world series and how Arizona and KC have done the same thing recently as well.

Would be nice to see OOTP mimic this for some teams whose owners are unwilling to pay a ton of money to star players when they know the rest of the team is not going to be very good, and attempt to trade players during the offsesaon...
