A day by day sim league in it's 8th season (the ASBL)

We are now entering our 8th season. We play one MLB season every year and started back in 2003.

We are about to start our 2010 draft, which we use real players (try and get your hands on Steve Strasburg)

We start playing games in January, and lasts until July and then have the playoffs and then a summer break. We then have our draft, then add real free agent player, have a Arizona Fall League and then Spring Training.

We are using OOTP8 for 2010 and then into the new OOTP 11 or whatever it may be

We sim everday, one game at a time

The teams that are open as of follows

LOS ANGELES AND BALTIMORE

We use only real mlb players (real draftees, real free agents added, etc). We have minor leagues (AA and AAA) with rookie ball in the winter. Our league is very easy to follow as each owner has a chance to download a new file at his discretion each day during the season, so your ability is all upto you

This league is not for everyone, as its slow, but some guys really dig it, and we have a great owner turnout every year

Hey everyone, this is a great competitive league with lots of active owners. aaronsmart.com is a real opportunity to test your managerial ability and your patience as its a day-to-day sim. We're heading into the offseason starting with the rookie draft and the current year is 2010. We don't sim a season in a few weeks..., so expect a totally different sim experience!
