I would doubt it. He had a pre-order discount for a few months, and then an all-star break discount. In reality, OOTP9 has been full price less of the time than it has been full price so far.

Check around the start of the playoffs. It has been discounted in the past before.

Considering V6/6.5 price is still up there and V9 was already discounted for a long time during the pre-sale period and OOTP is back to being a small company, I think seeing the price come down has about as much chance as the Padres winning the World Series this year.
