Crash After End Of Game

I am running OOTP 9.1.2 on Mac Os X 10.5.4, and for the last couple days, it has crashed after every game i play. When i get to the box score page after the game is over and press "LEAVE GAME" that is when the game crashes. It never used to do this before. It started doing this, then i upgraded to the latest patch hoping it would fix it, but it continues to crash unfortunately.

Thoughts or solutions?

I had this happening too. I did a complete uninstall / reinstall and it seems to have worked.
