I have simmed 100 years in my league
I want to take over the worst team possible. I am looking for a way to sort every team my total wins/losses as well as pennets and championships to try and find the team with the least success

How do I do this? Is it possible?

Assuming you meant "least success," I think you want the Team Index Page (click Teams on History) and you want to sort by Record (I cut off the picture, but you can also sort by Playoffs and Champions):
