"Skip this pick" doesn't work in Rule 5 draft after upgrading to 9.1.0

after upgrading to 9.1.0, the "Skip this pick" button isn't working in the Rule 5 draft. i can click the button as many times as i want, but the draft never moves to the next pick as it should. it simply sits there waiting as if the button was never clicked at all.

i upgraded to 9.1.0 via the single executable.

This has been claimed fixed in version 9.1.2 due for release soon
