2008 Majors with inaugral draft?

Could be that I'm being daft, but is there a way to use 2008 rosters and a major league setup but with an inaugral draft?

Create your league, go to Game > Game Setup > League Setup and Release All Players And Schedule Inaugural Draft should be the third option, IIRC.
