BZ 1441: Cloning Coaches using Retired/HoF Players

Select a retired/HoF player and make him a coach. Exit player page and go to Personnel Menu- player should be listed. Go back to Retired Player or HoF menu, reselect the same player and make him a coach. Exit and return to the Personnel Menu. Repeat. Issue allows you to clone coaches.

Expected result: Game should recognized that the retired/HoF player has already been made a coach- no "coach" option should be available once this occurs.

Version: OOTP9 Release
OS: Windows XP Pro SP3
DirectX: Latest version of 9
Resolution (Game): 1024x768
Resolution (Display): 1920x1200
League: Solo Fictional League imported from OOTP8
