Possible Historical League Bug (RFers)

Every team in a newly created historical league with more than one RFer on the roster has at least one of those RFers listed as 1-1-1 Rng/Arm/Error rating. This is a 1962 database league, some effected players include Kaline, Maris, and Stargell just to name a few. Is this a known bug with an easy fix?

I am currently playing 1962 and my player ratings are okay. I am using the database that came with the game and i started in 1960. So it could be a bug but I haven't seen it.

As nothing further has happened with this issue in the last 3 days, it is getting moved to closed.
