I created a online league sim some history into the game before opening it up to owners. We decided to have add a Winter League well after the four try I got it the way I wanted. But now all four of the winter leagues(even though theirs only one) are showing up on my reports. Is there a way I can delete them? And how do I go about it

The problem is they are not showing up in the game only on the Reports

I'm not aware of a way to get rid of them, so unless Markus or someone else knows, then you may have to revert to an old saved game. I'm fairly certain this is intentional as it allows you to recreate old leagues and have their histories still show up in your game after they're no longer in existence (like the Federal League).

If you have an old saved game that you can revert to, then it's easiest to do that and add the winter league back in. For all commishes, you really should never experiement with different league configurations in the primary copy of your league. Always save off the full folder or make a copy and then experiment to get things the way you like it.
