It is time to open the ballot for the next round of inductees. I got a little behind so to get more players in the Hall
the rules have been relaxed slightly. The rules are as follows: you can now list up to 8 players on your ballot and a player must appear on 60% of the ballots to gain entry to the Hall. Remember you do not have to list 8 players, you can submit a ballot with as little as 1 name on it if you feel only one player is deserving of enshrinement. All players not elected this year will remain on the ballot for future years but the voting rules will be tightened likely back to the max 5 names per ballot and 75% required for election.

Here are the candidates: (NOTE all records are from 1904 on since I was missing 1903 league file)
PITCHERS

FRANK SHELLENBACK - 336-210 lifetime with a 3.50 era
CIN,PHA,CHC - won 4 straight Markle Awards and made 8 all star teams
- 3-1 postseason record with 2 World Series rings
- 3rd all time in wins, 2nd in games started
