2 surprise features in OOTP 9!

I just wanted to tease you and say that there will be 2 pretty big features in OOTP 9 which have not been announced yet...

There's no reason to make people wait. I'll spill the beans.

- There will now be an option to make all of your players hobbits which will be reflected in both their physical attributes and FaceGen.

- Being able to make leagues in every country wasn't enough for a game filled with as many options as OOTP, so you will now be able to create leagues and teams on any planet (and Pluto) in the solar system. (Expect expansion into the whole of the Milky Way by v11.)

No...we haven't gotten the gravity coefficient down pat yet. So...we can't make the planet guarantee yet.

Ladies and Gentlemen, we give you GloveGen and BatGen. For highly realistic pictures of your players' signature equipment.

At release time GloveGen will only produce outfielders gloves, but by the first or second patch, infielders gloves should be covered, too. Just don't ask for catchers mitts until v10.

BatGen is the more developed feature and will almost certainly produce a buzz among online leagues. You are guaranteed at least one pine tar incident per season.

The standings screen has been already been modified to show league leaders as well, but that is not a big feature
