Looking for Help installing Getch's utilities.

I would like to use Getch's utilities for my league, SISBL, and I am not versed at all in the verbage used to tell me how to get it up.

Basically what I am saying is that I am an idiot when it comes to Perl, uploading to webserver, a cgi-enabled directory, etc. I following directions very well though. I am asking for someone to spend a little time with me and walk me through the process.
