Help with the Rolen Rosters?

I just downloaded the game, and now I'm trying to download the Rolen rosters. But when I download them, it asks what program i want to open the file in, and I'm not sure what it is or if I even have it? Any suggestions? Thanks.

The file should be a .zip file... so you just Extract it with Winzip:
