Stupid Question?

I know how to attatch an image via the paper clip but how do you insert an image into the text ....the inly way I can see how to do that is if you get the image from a website...

The reason I ask is I would like to enhance my dynasty post with some graphics but I do not have a website for my league as it is a solo fictional league....

Any advice????
