WB Classic 09 Rosters

It somebody else does it I would use it because I don't want to have to keep making Leagues and with OOTP 10 coming out would keep doing the same thing again.
Would like to see a League with all retired people on the Free-Agent Market and include Independent and Overseas Leagues.

Well........... i was gonna start working on this myself, for i want a WBC roster as well. I didn't think about combining it with cubby's set, Nice Plan!

i know, it's kinda weird with me just vaguely appearing...
