Personnel problems with OOTP8

I am currently using Mac version, 8.0.0.13, but I think this problem may have started when I used 8.0.0.12

I am having problems with teams in inactive leagues hiring coaching and scouting staff. I can't go into the editor and fire "my" pitching coach because he is officially listed as a coach for a team in an inactive league.

If he is listed as a member of another team, but is occupying the staff slot on my team, am I getting any benefit from him as a coach?

I would like to know how I can totally delete the inactive leagues or gain control of the staff decisions.

Sorry for the delay in responding to your problem.

Are you playing a fictional league or the MLB quickstart that comes with the game?

I'm going to send you a PM with my email address, so I can have a look at the files and see what's happening

I've had a reply from the OP that this isn't a problem anymore, so for the time being I'll close this thread. If the problem re-occurs, we'll re-open this thread.
