Online League - All Draftees Released to Free Agency?

In our online league, we just completed our ammy draft (June 15). Everything went smooth. When next sim was completed, it was discovered that all 30 drafted players for the A's and Phillies had been released to free agency.
Why did this happen? Is there a simple way to put them back? The 30 players from Philly have been put back manually, as nothing 'changed' in their profiles.
The A's players though, have had there history erased and don't even show being drafted at this point.

Looking for thoughts, recommendations, definitive fixes?
