Crashing when trying to edit colors/uniforms

I have a league zip file ready to send to anyone wanting to test this out. Email me at mikelowe47@comcast.net

Every time I try and load up the screen to edit the uniforms for one of my expansion teams I get a crash back to desktop. I cannot even get to the screen so it's not an issue of trying to manually load a particular uniform file but instead the crash is occuring while "creating picture."

Please help!
