FTP will not work

Hi uhm i got a guy in a league that i am in that can nto use FTP and no clue why. Was wondering what coudl eb causing it and hwo he can fix it to actually use FTP.

Any help is apprciatied

Sorry for the delay in replying.

Is he using the same version of OOTP as everyone else? 2007 and 8 count as the same version for this

What is his operating system?

Does he have any firewalls blocking FTP traffic?
