OOTP4 Stratomatic Baseball-LOGO PROBLEM

I am new and belong to two private leagues run by the same person. I've played the game for about 2 months so I am some what familiar with it, but I am not good with computes.
All our info is uploaded to us by the Commishioner by way of 3 Zip Files: 1) League Files 2)Box Score files 3) Logo files.
In on league my Logos are uploaded and when I zip them they are in the game. In the other League when I zip the Logos I can see them in in the file but they won't go into the game. I have tried about fifty times and am getting frustrated.
The other files work fine. The Logo file I can't get work for other people.
I have a HP Pavillion 7965 Pentium4 with Windows XP

Go here and follow the "logo" instructions, plus follow the unzip program guidelines.

Some important points:

Logos must be in the league LOGO directory and must be named team##.bmp (where ## is the OOTP team number). Logos for OOTP should be 150x150 bitmaps (.bmp files) to avoid the potential for weird resizing. You can get the team number in OOTP from each Team Setup screen. When you specify the file name correctly go back to the menu with the teams name click Team Setup again and you should see the logo.
