Game Install - need HELP!

I bought the game about 6 months ago and due to unfortunate circumstances, I am now downloading the game on a 3rd computer. Only problem is I'm getting the following message:

Could not initialize installation. File Size expected = 13939784, size returned = 12917771.

Any ideas???

If you are using AOL to d/l you need to use just a broswer and not AOL, otherwise you just need to try again and use a different server source.

What do you mean "differnet server source"? I'm not an IT guy....thanks for your help.

On this page there are 4 different places to D/L from, try a different one.
