I'm a Redsox fan and was able to see these 2 teams many times during the season. The Yankees have way more talent, but I love the way the Angles play. They're gritty and gutty. Also, they're bullpen is very very solid, I think it's the best in the AL. With all that being said, I hope they Angels can win the series, but I'm seeing the Yanks in 4.

Would love to see David Eckstein and the Angels pull off the upset here. Unfortunately, I don't think the underdogs will be able to outlast the experience of the Bronx Bombers.

If the Halos win they will be riding high the rest of the postseason, and will be one darn tough team. I see the bombers winning here also, in 4 or 5

Go Angels
Obviously I'm biased but I think now that they split in New york that they have a shot. Imagine if they had manged to pull out last nights game also... I think if they Angels win it would have to rank as one of the greatest upsets of all time.

Angels pull a huge upset and win the series in 5. These guys can play! I think they manage to pull the upset and go to the World Series to play the St. Louis Cardinals. But St. Louis wins it all. Wouldnt be surprised to see an all California series with Oakland/Anaheim Vs. San Francisco.

You all sound so amazed that the Angels are playing the Yankees so tough but lets not forget who is the most successful team against the Yankees over the last ten years, over the last three years, and lets not forget how tough the Angels played them this year. Personally I think the Angels were better off facing the Yankees than the Twins, well maybe not but history would seem to think so. Plus Troy Glaus has been clutch all series and Mike Soscia knows how to win. Just thought I would throw that in there.

An upset in the making, perhaps. The angels just went up 2-1 in the series.
Please, Angels, beat the Yankees. I'm so sick of them being in the Series...It's so boring to see these big market teams in the series year after year. I'm surprised the bandwagon fans aren't sick of it too... |

...nah...it just makes it easier for the band-waggoners...they don't have to jump teams as often...
