Scouts disappearing?

I'm pretty sure I hired my head scout to a 3 year deal. The season ended, and he's gone. Didn't even list under personnel leaving. Anyone else notice this or am I senile?

He must have retired. You don't get a message when this happens- they just leave- but it's been suggested for next year.
