Patch 2.0.2 link is broken, please help.

Hi,

I just purchased OOTPB 2007, everything went smooth. But when I click on the link to download the patch (from any of the several different pages that contain the link), here's what I get:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to MySQL server on '62.73.186.79' (111) in /opt/ootpb/config.php on line 34
No connection

I'm obviously connected fine to the internet, otherwise my purchase and being here at the forum wouldn't work.

Please help, I'd like to get the game up to date.

Ok, I did some research, and from what I can tell, SQL server technology is not initially compatable w/ Windows Vista (what I am using).

Can tech support email me the patch?

Ok, here's what I did.

Just for grins, I went to download the patch for `Inside the Park BB'.

The web server for that patch is different, so I was able to download that patch (that I didn't really need.) Well then I entered that web address into my browser address bar and all the patches and demos are contained there, at the following web address:

Here's the web address: ootpdevfiles.com

I did some research and found out there is expansion updates to make SQL servers compatible with Vista, but it's something that is applied to the SQL server itself, not anything update directly for Vista.

Anyway, maybe OOTP can change the patch link to the one above for smoother sailing for other customers.
