It's an AI team, looks like a possible dynasty brewing. I love that lineup, especially with Jeff Bagwell leading off.

That has to be John Valentin at shortstop, right? I always thought he was under appreciated during his prime with Boston.

And why does it say that there were no hits, but 6 HRs? heh

Only a guess, but I'm betting that's because he only struck out 6. This no-hitter was probably due, in part, to some nice defensive plays. As OOTP considers DIPS, not a "perfect" outing for Key this time -- but still a fanastic job and score.

BTW, what's with this Cal Ripken playing for Boston crap?!!

I doesn't -- the headers are shifted to the left. That's 6 Ks, 3 BBs.

Im sure there is a law against Cal being in any other uniform. Prosecute. Execute.

That's an artifact of copy/pasting HTML into BBcode.

Boston won the Series in 6 games.

Colorado was crippled by Mark McGrwire getting hurt in the playoffs.

The new patch seems to be coming along OK.

Game Score is a well-defined stat, nothing (really) to do with DIPS:

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Game_Score

Note that 100 is not a 'perfect' game score; in theory it could be as high as you like if the pitcher pitches enough innings in one game. A 9-inning perfect game with 13 Ks would give a game score of 100, so you won't see a score that high very often. Key gets +77 points for a 9-inning complete game (50 + 27 outs), +10 points for pitching innings 5 through 9, +6 points for Ks, and loses 3 points for walks.

Thanks for the update. I wasn't aware of this. Didn't know Game Score was an defined statistic.
