Can I do this?If so, what folder do I put the pic in and what fotmat?

Works the same as player photos.

Recommended format: jpg, 90 x 135 pixel

File location: My Documents\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2007\data\saved_games\[your game name].lg\news\html\images

Name the photo exactly as the manager name, with "_" for spaces. For example, the photo below is named "Kyle_Black.jpg"

Remember to reload the game in order to see the image change to the photo.

Sorry, I should have paid closer attention to the thread title. I just realized that you are asking about your own picture as human manager? If so, it's the same procedure:

Man, I love this idea too. Is there any chance you can change it to circular instead of square so I can "fit" in there???
