Anyone played it recently? It says its free now and I think it might be worth giving it a try. What are other people's thoughts?

As far as I know it has always been free. I know they flirted with the idea of monthly payments but scrapped it after getting sponsorship. It's an alright game, I've played it off and on since it was in Alpha testing. If you haven't played it in a number of years you'll be surprised with the progress. It's not the best game you'll ever play but it's definitely good enough to burn a few hours or a few weekends now and again.
