Fictional league question...

I have been doing a fictional league for about 30 simmed years and I want to now do the Rule 5 draft, but it's blocked out and I can't check it. Does anyone know how I can add the Rule 5 into my game?

You'll need to be in either the off-season or the pre-season to make changes like that. With the R5 draft being in November/December I'd hazard a guess at Pre-Season (mid Jan - end Feb) for that to be enabled.
