ootp problem help!

I just bought the game on my laptop, Windows XP, 128 ram, 930 MHz. But, it often freezes and automatically restarts the ocmputer. It says that something like the nv4_disp.dll driver failed or something. THe laptop has the most recent nv4_disp driver available. Whats wrong? Has anyone else had this problem?

Are you running other programs at the time? How much video RAM do you have?

No other programs running.

Dunno the video ram. its 128 mb of ram. How do I find the video ram.

I just got a message saying that the system had just recovered from a serious error. WOuld that mena THat it is fixed?

Not sure, what resolution is it running at? You can find video ram by looking at the "video" area of the System.

i think it may be fixed!

its the rsolution needed. 1800/700 or whatever. close enough.
