Honoulu / San Juan Logo Request

For the neo-MLB, we have two expansions in the National League:

Honolulu Sharks (purple, grey, black)
San Juan Admirals (navy blue, gold, white)

I have a couple of logos, but they suck and I'm hoping that you guys can help me out here. I'm horrid with logo-making. Any brand new concepts I'm totally cool with.

That's the original Honolulu logo. The problem was I couldn't get the Sharks off of the logo to use for the uni's. :/ Does anyone have a matching uniform logo I could use?

I've got an Admiral concept I'm working on, but it's not the one you displayed, so if I'm wasting my time let me know. I don't know where to find that Admiral image that you linked to.

I get confused sometimes trying to determine if the request is for just updating an existing logo or if it is for a unique type of thing.

My hobby is just trying to come up with something different. If people like it enough to use it, then they are welcome to it. If not, I'm not offended by any level of rejection. I certainly can't create professional level identities and word marks.

I just have a lot of spare time to play around with stuff like this and it keeps me out of the hashish dens.

The logos you did for Jordan are terrific! They're sharp and original!

I came across this 'Admirals' text that I thought I would put out here; perhaps it can useable for the jersey text? I did one in gold (or at least similar to your logo) and the other dark blue.

Here's one using the Admiral that you have. It looked a little too cluttered with baseball stitching behind him. I'll work up another version with a baseball incorporated somehow.

I go away for a weekend and come back to see a lot of great designs. Santino, you did a great job on the Admirals logo. Any chance of a cap logo and a jersey logo?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by a cap and jersey logo. Just the image, no circle? Transparent? gif? ping? What size? And which Admiral....the baseball one or the bearded one?

Thanks....I'm not quite up on all the specs for these logos. I kind of just go off and scribble stuff up without reading all the details.

No... feel free to go off man I like it when people come up with new concepts.

Insofar as the cap/jersey stuff: Cap logo is usually like an interlocking SJ or something like that. Transparent png will do at 1000px. The baseball Admiral looks great. Reminds me of Mister Met For the jersey logo, transparent png with lettering 'Admirals'. OOTP will shrink anything higher than 300px but I prefer larger files because shrinking works better than resizing to a higher resolution.

and for the Sharks, go with the green/grey one... since the GM loves that one. A cap logo of the Honolulu "H" and the lettering for the jersey Thanks again

PS: You wouldn't be interested in doing up more logos for our league, would you? I'm looking for someone to revamp all the MLB logos (except certain 'old school' teams). We're a league set in the future (2053). Willing to give full credit on the website, of course.
