Facegen photo creation/update issues during long-term simming

League fictional picture options:
Player pictures: All players
Create player pictures: Upon player creation
Update player pictures: always if needed
Coach pictures for: all coaches/scouts/managers

The problems that I have are with the disfunctions of game's facegen photo creation and update. The following issues all happen during long-term non-stop simming.

First, right after creating a league, the FA players pictures are missing even when player pictures is set for created for all players. This would create the red x symbols (missing photos) if an almanac is created right at this point of time.

Second, I want to give the league some histories so that I sim ahead in time. However, the player photos are never updated during simming (when traded, sign a new contract with a new team, etc.). Thus, when almanac are created, the player photos are all out of date and are still of original creation.

Third, back to player photo creation issue. While simming ahead, no new player photos are created during the first-year draft pool creation. Thus, the almanac created after multiple first year player drafts becomes increasingly occupied with missing player photos.

All of these issues contribute to the phenomenon where the annual alamnacs are full of missing and out-of-date player photos after a long period of non-stop simming. The problem seems come to down the fact the game never either update the player photo nor create new photos when simming. This is really annoying to say the least and distract the fun from using facegen.
