Help with dynasty - won't let me simulate player DFA

Hey guys, long time OOTP fan, and a lurker on this wonderful board. First time posting. I imported cubby/rolen's roster from 2006 and simmed a few seasons in. It is 2009 and my franchise is going wonderfully, problem is that it is June 29, 2009 and, despite my team not having any body DFA (designated for assignment), I get a message saying I am unable to complete the day until the problem is rectified.

Please help me!! I don't want to lose out on this one as I've spent much time on it.
