OOTP5 League CBL Has 2 Openings

Hey fellas, we've got 2 team openings over at the CBL (Cairo and Palm Harbor, although both teams locations may be changed).
It's an active league, we have 26 owners out of 28, and we're currently in the midst of offseason draft/free agency. Both teams have their perks -- Cairo has a ton of cap space and some fantastic players and a solid minor league system, Palm Harbor has a lot of quality prospects at all levels of the system and has tons of room to grow.
