What is the easiest way to make roster movves by a commish form the free agent pool and waivwer wire? I want to update the latest signings from real life for Cubbys 2008 set.

The best way,I think, to load up the league and choose to run all teams and make the moves. Or you could just do it as commish for everything and do it that way.
