What Should I have my Scouts Doing?

It's Novemeber...what should we be focusing on? What about during the season? What's a good rotation to be using? I'm assuming I should leave at least one scout behind at all times?

Now for my real answer. I don't usually pay enough attention to my scouts, which is why I like the fact I can just set them each with task and they will continue with that task forever. I typically have my head scout and another scout always looking over my organization so I get constant updates on ratings. The rest I will have have scouring each other league (I do mostly historical replays and small scale universes, so I don't have too many seperate leagues to scout and I don't have a need to scout countries).

That depends on his default task. If it is to scout upcoming opponents, well, then he's running up a bar tab on your dime and doing no work.

Off seasons, I individual players for free agency. When my FA holes are fixed, I go scout organizations.
