PBP #3 - The last one

My final PBP thing concerns the announcing of substitutions:

At times, I'll sim through one pitch mode and I won't always recognize the fact that a pinch runner has been put in, for example. It would be nice if the game stopped or announced the subsitution before I went to throw a pitch. In some cases, I'd either want to hold the runner close to the bag, pitch around a batter, etc. Something tells me that this might not be possible, given how the PBP works, but I think it'd be a valuable change. If possible, it'd also be good to have notification of other AI substitutions, like when they bring other guys in to play the field.
