Newly acquired players should be in DFA

If a team is human controlled, all newly acquired players should be placed in the DFA are rather than in the highest minors/active roster. This prevents the morale effects to players being demoted as well as financial impacts to prospects getting assigned a contract.

This was supposedly addressed in the first patch, with traded and signed players going to DFA...
