3239 - Delete league problem

This is related TT 3182 where leagues that are deleted still show up in history.

I have a similar problem, but not only do the leagues still show up in history, but these leagues are still actively generating and releasing players into the draft/free agent market. Every year, my draft pool has a considerable number of players from one of these dead leagues. They have no HS or COL stats. (So it doesn't look like games are being played.)

I've confirmed that these leagues have been deleted (they don't show up in league options or in the league drop-down list). But I can pull up their pages from the SION home page and verify that every team has players that were added in the past year or two (despite the leagues being deleted 10 years ago).

I just noticed this myself. I took Icy's template and made changes so that I would only have three levels of minors. I simmed a year ahead, so I could test out some expansion stuff and I'm seeing players in the expansion draft pool from the Gulf Coast League (Rookie Level). The problem is I deleted the Gulf Coast League and the other "rookie" level leagues in my template...
