Thumbs.db File Location for Jonah's Facegen?

I d/l the 2006MLBFaceGen File for Cap/Jersey/Logo and I don't know where to put the Thumbs.db file. Anyone know, or do I need to manually Regenerate the items in the team pages?

I think you can put that file in the trash can. It's just used by your OS, not OOTP.
