What happend to the elicense receipt?

Hey...

I preordered a month ago but I'm checking my box and no receipt is in there.

If I remember correctly elicense sends you a receipt after you purchase the game right?

What's the fastest way for me to get the game registered (I really can't stand the demo!!!

)
