Problem with historic pitcing rotation
I have imported my new historic league starting with 1955. The General historic tendencies is showing 5 man rotations, In 1955 the standard rotations were 4 man rotations. In OOTP 6 the game correctly started with 4 man rotations in 1955. I think this might be a small bug, So far i am really enjoying this version. It is the best yet

IIRC this was a design decision. With the setting at four-man rotations, pitchers were tending to rack up too many innings of work compared to their historical counterparts. This has to do with how the game currently models pitcher usage and fatigue.

So I should change it manualy at the beginning if the season or is it best to leave it at the 5 man rotation....Historical it was always a 4 man rotation with a spot starter.

This really is a personal issue. I'd run 3-4 sims and look at the numbers with a 4 man rotation and a 5 man rotation to see what makes you happier. I tried to find a reference on this but failed a little while ago.
