Feeder league and draft questions..

Can I add a feeder league after I've started my league?? If so, how do I do it?

Also I can't find the "scout draft" option again this year..I'm an idiot.

Yes you can add a feeder league. Go to Game Setup/League setup. The list on the left shows all your leagues. Click on the league you want to add a feeder league to. The screen on the right now changes and you click on Add Minor League button (lower right hand side of screen) and make your selection there

In the meantime, can somebody point me to where you scout the draft again? I can't find it in this version.
