Game freezes when loading league

I created a league a couple days ago and have been playing it for a while. FaceGen works fine, no problems with anything. Now, when I try loading the league, the game freezes when it's loading the teams. Every time, it freezes at 25% and says "Loading Teams." Any reason why this is happening?
