How do I import OOTP 2006 lg from within game?

I started the game, played a couple seasons of a league, then decided I wanted to import. There's the button for Import OOTP 6.12/6.5 League, but I want to import a 2006 league. Do I have to restart the game so I can get the startup screen to do this?

ah, I see I can go back to the main screen from the GAME menu, but is there a button like the 6.12/6.5 import button?

No, I get what he means.

Yes, you have to do it from the Main page. You can't do it from the Create Game page.

Interestingly, originally you could only do 2006 from main page, and 6.12/6.5 from Create Game.

Then someone in Preview suggested putting 6.12 on the main page too.

Hence, why they're both on the main page, but only one is in Create Game.

The reason is actually that on the Create Game screen you're adding leagues to a game, whereas a 2006 game is an already completed game.
