Unable to confirm licence after install

I've installed the game after receiving the e-mail from Marc, but when I go to enter my order ID in order to get the licence it comes up with the following error message: 'Unable to get or install a licence. Retrieval of licence failed with error code = -12.'

Any ideas?

-12This error occurs when you have a personal firewall/proxy installed on your computer. You may need to disable the personal firewall/proxy software temporarily to get your license.

We have a rule in Tech Support that says that requests that have gone more than 3 days awaiting a response from the customer will be closed. This thread fits that bill, so I'm going to go ahead and marked this issue as "closed."

If you disagree, please let us know, it's no problem to re-open this. It's an administrative thing we do to try to ensure that only active issues are being researched.
