Unable to confirm licence after install
I've installed the game after receiving the e-mail from Marc, but when I go to enter my order ID in order to get the licence it comes up with the following error message: 'Unable to get or install a licence. Retrieval of licence failed with error code = -12.'
Any ideas? |

We have a rule in Tech Support that says that requests that have gone more than 3 days awaiting a response from the customer will be closed. This thread fits that bill, so I'm going to go ahead and marked this issue as "closed."
