One LAST dumb question

I found some roster patches at baseball sim central from various years.Even though the database doesn't work with the demo,can I install these seasons into it??? And the other files there as well?

PS-I delete my files and i'm gonna start from scratch in a few days.I'm working with the extreme warfare wrestling sim right now.

It seems to me these files would not work with the demo, I just assume that because if they did, why bother to buy the game? I have never tried the demo though, maybe someone who has can list the demo's limitations.
